Inkblot Therapy is a virtual, Canada-wide therapy service. They charge a flat rate of $75.00CAD/hr, one of the lowest rates available to ensure therapy is accessible. You answer detailed questions and are given suggestions on therapists to match with in your area. Your first session is free.

Calgary Counseling Centre

Calgary Counseling offers affordable counseling on a sliding scale based on income. If you are seeking a POC counselor, you must specifically request one; the intake staff will not ask.

Simply Counseling

The majority of the counselors at Simply Counseling are POC. If you require insurance coverage, make sure you check with your providers in advance of your first visit.
